the day started out bright if somewhat cool, 59-62 But it soon warmed and mostly was in the low 90's |
I stopped in
Ontario for a mid-morning break at MickeyD's But I'm proud of myself and opted for the adjacent Starbuck's instead  I ordered a strawberry frapaccino the barister must not have known how to make it she kept refering to a computer screen step by step |
I stopped in
Meridian to visit
High Desert Harley-Davidson I have been there a few times before but today something was different 
 There were tents and stuff and food trucks and a lady singing much too loudly through those big speakers High Desert HD has a customer lounge for people waiting for their bikes to be worked on or just for hanging around 
 Big screen TV, comfy couches and a pool table outside is a putting green of sorts  High Desert HD believes if they can get them hooked young they may have a customer for life |
Mountain Home
 Only a few miles to go When I got there it was crowded with a group of young (10-14) girls in shorts and athletic shoes. Must have been after some game |

about mid afternoon, somewhere on I-84 I pulled over for a rest stop when I looked in one corner of the restroom building I spotted  Think about how frustrated Clark Kent would hve felt How is a snitch supposed to "drop a dime" today? |

Entering
Twin Falls from the north, on the main highway, US-93 is a bridge which is non-descript when you drive over it, however The Perrine Memorial Bridge is the 4th highest arch bridge in the US 486 feet high, 993 foot span (click here for more info)  very popular among base jumpers On the other side of the canyon is a golf course  My slice drives might lead to many unplayable lies not to mention unretrievabe balls |
Also in Twin Falls is the
Snake Harley-Davidson it is closed on Sundays so I had to stop by today |

Finally, back tracking to
Jerome, ID Best Western Sawtooth Inn & Suites  What a wonderful contrast from the last place I stayed. Tomorrow for breakfast, will be made-to-order omelets and crepes I am currently in a 2-1/2 room suite with a TV larger than my living room |
